Pilates sessions
1:1 sessions are the ideal choice if you have specific goals, returning from injuries, Pre or Post Natal, or wanting that 1 to 1 attention to further progress in your practice.
Personalised plans will be created and tailored to your goals and needs.
Pilates increases flexibility, increases muscles strength and tones the body, improves posture, balance, and coordination as well as being a safe form of exercise to do if you are returning from an injury.
