About me
Movement has always been part of my life as I grew up training in ballet. I went ahead and received my BA (Hons) Ballet Education degree at the Royal Academy of Dance in which I graduated in 2022. I have always strongly believed in strength training and wellness, therefore I went on to do my training in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Barre Fitness.
My classes are designed to make you feel good in a fun way. I always aim to create a safe and encouraging atmosphere whilst always ensuring you are moving safely and correctly :)
